The Oke Ero APC Youths Alliance in Kwara State have called on the general public to disregard any purported APC Local Government Election Primary Results circulating on Social Media even when the results haven't been announced in the State. According to them, "we have keenly observed the circulation of alleged fake primary election results of just concluded Kwara State APC local governments council election on social media and other news platforms, which is contrary to the policy of Electoral Act and guidelines of KWASIEC."

"We hereby call on the Police,
Department of The State Service (DSS) and all other relevant security agencies to delve into the matter and caution those Mischief makers in order to stop overheating the polity or they face the wrath of the law. Its only the Party Primary results conducted by the APC Electoral committee, that is statutory to be announced across the 16 local government areas in the state, we however regard the acts of doing contrary to the aforementioned as injustice, unpatriotic and kidology," the group stated.
